Happy Fall! 🍂 As summer winds down and even the college students are back at school, the Bay Area is still giving us those periodic warm days that make it hard to believe it is already fall.
|
The Bay Area real estate market continues to be a bit uncertain, with some homes selling quickly while other homes, and especially condos, have been taking a bit longer to sell. The Fed also recently hiked interest rates for the first time in three years, so we are waiting to see how that will impact the real estate market as well.

November 2026 marks my 25th anniversary as a Realtor. Twenty-five years! It’s hard to believe it. When I think about this milestone, what comes to mind is the amazing people I have had the pleasure of helping along the way. The families I’ve met, the relationships that turned into friendships over the years, and the life changes I’ve been lucky enough to be part of. All those unforgettable moments and stories we experience when buying and selling something as personal as a home or investment property.
