This wonderful couple had their financing secured and though they were actively looking at on and off-market opportunities primarily in Oakland, they just weren't finding their dream home. We had identified their priorities upfront, but most will attest that understanding today’s market is both an enlightening and challenging part of the process.
After months of looking, they declared May as their month to find a home! Knowing that being close to BART was a top priority, I gently suggested they widen their search further down the transit line. We expanded their criteria and found homes that needed less work and were within walking distance to the Orinda/Lafayette BART, which gave them a similar commute time into SF. After that, everything else fell into place!
I was excited to be part of the journey to find their perfect home and I am so happy to see their beautiful family settled!
